Summary, in Spanish or English, should
not exceed one page. Once approved, it shall be reproduced
in the Conference papers brochure and the following
rules should be applied. It must be formatted to fill
an A4 sheet with margins of 25 mm to the left and right
and in the heading and foot of the page. Arial font
must be used whenever possible. The title, in BOLD and
size 18 shall be in capital letters and must be centered
on the page heading, as indicated. The names of the
authors, of the Grand Lodge and the addresses shall
be of size 12 and must be similarly centered below the
title separated by simple interline. The name of the
speaker must be underlined. The main text, with double
interline, must follow as indicated, left and right
justified. The paragraphs must be separated by simple
interline. At the end of the summary, as footer in the
lower right section of the page, the identification
number (1 to 5), corresponding to the topic of the presentation,
must be included in bold size 18, as indicated in this
model for the topic.
The selection of the writing for the
Conference shall be based on the summary that is sent.
The summary must contain enough information to afford
an overview of the presentation. The following kinds
of topics may be excluded: those which are not part
of topics of the Conference, have already been presented,
are controversial, or are not of a high enough quality.
In order to facilitate the process of review and in
the interest of clarity, we suggest that the contents
of the topic be divided into three sections; a short
introduction, a main body describing the topic that
is being presented and a brief conclusion.

Summaries and Conference papers should
be submitted to reach the Grand Lodge of Chile and to
the Office of the Executive Secretary of the Conference
(
Thomas Jackson), by January 31, 2004 at the latest,
Conference papers will not be accepted after this date.
There are three possibilities for the submission of
the presentations that, in order of preference, are:
1. As a document attached to electronic
mail to administracion@7cmgl.cl - in MS-Word format
(Microsoft Word) 97 or later; Corel WordPerfect 7.0
or later; the name and electronic mail address of the
author of the document must be indicated in the main
electronic message.
2. By fax to the number 56-2-6381795
or 56-2-6397012, and
3. Send by courier a copy of the summary
on diskette, along with the "Presentation Submission
Form".

* The reception of the presentation
shall be confirmed.
* The author shall be informed of the
acceptance or rejection of his or her presentation no
later than March 2004.
CONFERENCE PAPERS
* All presentations presented must
not exceed six pages plus the summary.
* Papers accepted will be compiled
in a book which will be distributed free of charge to
all Grand Lodges attending the Conference. This book
shall be offered for sale to Regular Grand Lodges that
have not attended the Conference.
