Reservations can only be guaranteed for the period specified on the reservation form which should be duly completed with credit card number and expiry date and sent by fax to 56-2-2742789. Any change in arrival or departure date, or type of accommodation required, should immediately be informed in writing to the secretary.

Cancellation Policy
Hotel deposits will be refunded in full provided that cancellation is received no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Thereafter, the cost for the first night of accommodation will be charged.

Hotel Accomodation
Sufficient rooms have been reserved in different Hotels to accommodate all.
Nevertheless, there is great demand for hotel accommodation in Santiago in May. Participants are kindly invited to return their reservation form by February 27 at the latest.

Tax Exemption
Chilean current law allows all foreign hotel guests who pay their bill in American dollars in cash, traveler checks or by credit cards to be exempt from paying the 19% VAT.

Check In/ Out
Most of the Hotels check-in time is after 15.00 hours and check-out is until 12.00 hours. If you wish to occupy the room before check-in or after check-out, Hotels will charge you a percentage of the rate.
